| Returns Policy |
It is our policy to guarantee satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not happy on receipt of your order please e-mail us within a week and we will issue you with an Authorisation to Return Number. Merchandise in original condition can be returned to us; please insure the contents for their full retail value and keep all shipping receipts. Normac Ltd. cannot be responsible for return shipping charges. All returned items must be accompanied by the original packing slips and documentation. We will be happy to issue you with a refund on receipt of. For damaged goods received - please e-mail us within 48 hours of receiving your package. IMPORTANT....you must keep the original packing carton and damaged merchandise so that it can be inspected. A claim will be made for a refund.
